The company
In 1997, Eugen Markgraf and Christian Bartenbach founded Markgraf & Bartenbach Lichtsysteme GmbH as a company specialising in daylight and artificial lighting systems.
From the very beginning, the focus was not only on consulting and planning but also on realising projects. High-quality lighting technology was produced in small quantities.
Christian Bartenbach left the company in 2007 to take over the management of Bartenbach GmbH in Innsbruck. The company was then renamed in Markgraf Licht GmbH.
